New Hand Cut Wood Jigsaw Puzzle Currier & Ives Vintage Print Color Line Cut
This is a new, hand cut wood jigsaw puzzle, with 134 unique pieces. This puzzle measures 6.5″ x 8.5″ and is hand cut from Baltic Birch. This challenging puzzle is cut “freestyle”, that is, without using a pattern, or laser, or stack cutting. The image is of a vintage art print, a Currier and Ives “Throw if You Dare”; a picturesque winter scene with a young boy and his dog playing in the snow. I employed a few “tricks” making this puzzle: color-line cuts, split corners, false edge pieces, and disquised edge pieces. Therefore, most pieces interlock, while others do not. My puzzles are priced twenty-five cents per piece.
The images I use are vintage prints; I do not copy or download the images. Please email if you have any questions. Each puzzle comes in an attractive box that is labeled with the date, dimensions, name and artist of the print, series number, and contact information. One puzzle piece is signed, dated, and numbered on the back. The box is secured with twine. I will include a picture of the puzzle if you like, but it will not be included on the box for those of you who prefer to not have the picture.
