Jos K. Straus 3 Ply Veneer Wooden Puzzle

Here’s is a huge wooden piece puzzle. It is four separate puzzles which fit together to make one large puzzle of the United States with great graphics. All four are complete and come in their original boxes. There are a couple pieces which have broken in two- but both pieces still fit in place to make the puzzle complete. There is one thing I can not explain.— If you look at the last two photos you will see a piece that fits into Missouri (1st of the two), however the image belongs in Arizona?? If you look at the last photo you will see the two pieces are totally different shapes?? Not even close?? The pieces are from two different puzzles?? The only thing I can figure is that the error occurred when the puzzles were cut?? If anyone has an idea please let me know. Please view the photos for image and condition. With all the stuff that is going on in the puzzle it is hard to even catch.
