130 pieces.  Used the Flying Dutchman superior puzzle blades and the plywood I ordered on line.  I don’t know if the wood is the Baltic birch or the Finnish birch, but I like it a lot.  I’m still trying to figure out the dry press.  It’s giving me more problems than anything else.  I ended up gluing a portion of the picture to the wood since the press didn’t work as well as I hoped.  I’ve also learned to switch blades every 15 minutes or so.  Once one starts to dull, my cutting is not great.  Plus, I pull on the blade too much and it sometimes breaks.  I tried to cut an “s” free hand without any template.  It kind of looked like a worm, which fits the puzzle! This one is original artwork that I created with pastels.  I’ve numbered and signed the back of a corner piece, and it is being shipped to my sister as a gift.
