My friend commissioned me through Etsy to create a puzzle for her son and new daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift.  I had been inspired by Conrad Armstrong’s wedding gift puzzles (https://newpuzzles.com/wedding_gifts.html) to design a heart waterfall in the blank space in the picture.  It was asked that the puzzle be made difficult, so I designed it to have an irregular edge, a false edge (lower right corner), silhouette drop outs on the double heart, color line cutting and the difficult heart waterfall.  This was the first puzzle where I used a drill to make dropouts within puzzle pieces, which I did for the hearts and the couples’ initials.  I happily received many positive comments when I posted pics on social media.  The puzzle is about 13 ½ x 10 inches and 196 pieces.
